The new hotel was clean and stylish with helpful staff. The room had all necessary amenities and comfortable beds. The swimming pool and Turkish hamam were amazing.

The hotel was very clean and new, with a great selection of toiletries in the bathroom. the swimming pool was a great added bonus, and the staff were all very polite and spoke basic English. the location was a bit far from the city center, but using a ride-hailing app made it easy to get around.
The WiFi could have been better, and there were some issues with the water pressure in the bathroom. the staff could have been better trained in terms of providing better service.

Located outside of the city center, but easily accessible by taxi. Clean rooms with stylish decor and comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff, along with a great selection of toiletries in the bathroom. the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and Turkish hamam, are enjoyable.
Some guests have experienced language barrier issues with the receptionist and complications during check-in.

The hotel is very clean and spotless, and the staff is always polite and helpful. The swimming pool and Turkish hammam were amazing and offered a great way to relax during my trip. the hotel offers a great selection of toiletries in the bathroom which is a nice touch and made my stay more comfortable.
There were some drawbacks during my stay. The room was quite small, with limited space for our things and the door did not have soundproofing so noise from the hallway was easily heard.
